Various sponsorship opportunities available at GeoDrilling 2011

Exhibition:

1) Outside banner(s) on the verge of the road leading up to the venue – your company logo will direct visitors to the entrance of the venue. Sponsorship includes their show guide promotion and website promotion. Sponsors provide own banners and frame (not exclusive).

2) Registration hall – have your branding the first to be seen by visitors. Sponsorship includes signage in the entrance hall, show guide promotion and website promotion. Signage supplied in cost of sponsorship; hanging banner/floor mounted.

3) Registration pens (3000, exclusive) - take away and keep a great gift to remember the show and your company logo. Sponsorship includes show guide promotion and website promotion. Cost of pens included in sponsorship.

4) Visitor bags (3000, exclusive) - have your company name walking round the show for two days! Sponsorship includes logo on visitor’s bags, show guide promotion and website promotion. Cost of bags included in sponsorship.

5) Lanyards (2500 exclusive) - take away and keep. The great exhibition necklace with your company logo on the visitor badge lanyard. Sponsorship includes logo on visitors' bags, show guide promotion and website promotion. Cost of lanyards included in sponsorship.

6) Coffee areas, location(s) to be assigned - sit, rest, network with colleagues, meet clients in an all-day coffee and soft drinks area. Sponsor signage branding, together with show guide profile and website promotion. Opportunity for publication/flyer distribution. Days 1 and 2 available. All signage costs included in sponsorship.

7) Lunch area. During lunch breaks let your company name be the one to be seen. Sponsor signage branding, together with show guide profile and website promotion.

Coffee and lunch sponsorships can be enhanced with napkins with logos and menus with logos. Opportunity for publication/flyer distribution. Days 1 and 2 available. All signage costs included in sponsorship.

 

Conference seminars:

Any of the GeoDrilling Conference or Ground Source Live! seminar sessions can be sponsored. Sponsorship includes sponsor branded signage, show guide profile and website promotion. All signage costs included in sponsorship.

 

Evening activities

BBQ – Drill and grill evening / hog roast / gala dinner

Give your clients an evening to remember, and a great way to reinforce relationships.

Specified number of entry tickets (providing meal)
